Founders

  Matt Gillow,   Founding Partner TP Consulting   Formerly Head of Media and Campaign Director for The Times’ Top 25 website Filibuster UK, Matt founded TalkPolitics alongside Carl Sacklen aged 19 while at Leeds University and served as its Managing Director until February 2018. Matt has previously worked with leading think-tanks and for a number of Members of Parliament. Serving as Editor-in-Chief for the blog until March 2017, Carl is currently studying at the University of Chicago and has bylines in The Huffington Post, The Independent, and CapX.   Henry Davies,   Managing Director   Henry is working towards his degree in Politics and International Relations at Aston University. During his time with TalkPolitics, he has led several campaigns, most recently with parliamentary petitions on media ownership and voter registration.

  Guinevere Poncia,   Editor-in-Chief   Guinevere studied history at King's College London before embarking on a MPhil in Political Thought and Intellectual History at the University of Cambridge. She took over for Cameron Broome as Editor-in-Chief in September 2017.

  Richard Wood,   Director of Media   Richard is a masters student studying Political Research at the University of Aberdeen and has an MA in Economics and Politics from the same institution. He is also a Political and Current Affairs Journalist with Here Is The City, and was previously Head Editor of The Gaudie Student Newspaper. He has also written for a number of other outlets including the New Statesman.

  William Fawcett,   Director of Operations   Will is currently studying for his degree in French with International Relations at the University of Leeds. Formerly a sub-editor of TalkPolitics, Will took over the position of Director of Operations in February 2018 following Henry Davies' accession to Managing Director. He hopes to work within the Foreign & Commonwealth Office after graduation.
